Sadio Mane has shared a strong message with Liverpool fans after the forward tested positive for coronavirus.

The club confirmed on Friday evening the Senegal international was the second player to contract the virus after Thiago Alcanatara also tested positive earlier in the week.

Liverpool have followed necessary Government protocols with Mane having started a 10-day period of isolation.

The winger will now miss Liverpool ’s Premier League trip to Aston Villa on Sunday.
